Hey there!

My name is Robin Maria Ball.  I’m a Health Coach and RN, a wife, and mother of 2 adult children. I help busy career women stop yo-yo dieting, learn how to lose weight and manage stress, all without feeling deprived or obsessing about the scale. It isn’t easy, but it can be done.

It’s All in Your Head

The right mindset goes a long way. The way you think about yourself and why you want to lose the weight is a major component of taking the weight journey. How do I know this? Well, I wouldn’t have been able to, not only lose 100lbs in 2017 but also maintain that loss in 2018.

It may not seem like that long for maintaining a weight loss, but you see, I had never been able to maintain weight loss before. So this means that despite what some researchers say after you lose weight, you are not doomed to gain it back. This is great news!

Women Natural Caregivers

As women, taking care of people is what we do. I’m not the first to say this, but we really do forget to put ourselves on the list of people we care for!  You are important enough to be at the top of your list. Period. In this blog, you will understand how to create and practice the habit of caring for yourself, unapologetically.

Believe in What’s Possible

I’m not a health & fitness guru. In fact, I’m still a work in progress. Helping women who might feel that losing weight is out of their reach is my jam! Keeping weight off is where the challenge lies, so I’ll be keeping it very real around here.

It Starts with You

You might be thinking this “self care thing” seems so selfish, but it really isn’t. The truth is, when we’re at our best we can give our best, and people like us always feel good when we’re giving. As the saying goes you can’t pour from an empty cup. Everybody wins when you take better care of yourself.

I’m so excited that you stopped by, and I would love to be your cheerleader during your journey to create the healthiest version of yourself.
